    Thermal Management of Multiple Transistor Electronic Modules using Thermal Coupling Technique

    This paper describes the methodology of using thermal coupling technique, for the prediction of accurate junction temperature of multiple transistors mounted on the same thermal plane (heat spreader plate), through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software. In real life applications, calculation of junction temperature of transistors on PCB through analytical method is a complex & cumbersome.
