Copyright Infringement Claims
Any claims of copyright infringement should beaddressed to the Editor at firstname.lastname@example.org bearing the subject line "Copyright Infringement Claim".
The claim must be supported by some documented proof which supports that the same version of the article as being published or copyrighted by the aggrieved party before the date of publication of the concerned IJME issue. On the receipt of the claim, the IJME Editorial Board, if found deemed, shall inform the respective author(s) to provide an explanation for the same; and this discussion shall be transparent to both parties.
The IJME Board reserves the rights to decide the validity of any such claims.After the whole enquiry process, if the claim is found true & justified, the concerned article will be removed from all IJME archives and servers.In case, the modifications required are minimal such as providing acknowledgement by proper references, the authors will be informed to do the required modifications and send the updated article. The updated version shall undergo peer-review process as any other general submission goes and gets updated by publishing in the same issue of the concerned volume.
Any claims on copyright will be dealt with the highest priority. A response mail will be sent within 5 working days provided the claim is supported with documented proof.
